Tyler Heap
Prior to joining Sumsion Business Law, Tyler Heap served as an associate at Kunzler Bean & Adamson, where he was part of their litigation group. While pursuing studies at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, Tyler seized the opportunity to extern for Associate Chief Justice Thomas R. Lee of the Utah Supreme Court. He also fulfilled an externship role at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah. Tyler held the position of Managing Editor of Submissions for the BYU Journal of Public Law. His experience encompasses intricate business litigation and federal criminal defense cases. Prior to attending law school, Tyler was a member of the BYU men’s volleyball team.
