With a solid foundation in business law, he handles contract disputes, fiduciary duty claims, corporate governance issues, shareholder conflicts, and sales commission litigation. He also advises business clients on compliance and strategic planning to help prevent legal complications before they arise. In the realm of real estate, Chase represents both commercial and residential clients in complex disputes involving leases, easements, boundary conflicts, competing title claims, construction defects, and landlord-tenant issues. His approach is proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring his clients are protected in both negotiation and litigation settings. Chase earned his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2020 and received his bachelor's degree in History from BYU in 2017. Outside of the office, Chase enjoys traveling with his wife, Hailey, and making music with his band, Lucky Steve.
