Kyle Andrews

Kyle is a law clerk at Sumsion Business Law with a passion for business and transactional matters. He approaches every client matter with the goal of providing practical, thoughtful solutions that help people protect what matters most to them. Throughout law school, Kyle has gained meaningful experience across a range of legal settings, including serving as a Judicial Extern for Chief Magistrate Judge Dustin B. Pead of the United States District Court for the District of Utah, where he developed a strong foundation in federal civil and criminal law. He is currently a Juris Doctor Candidate at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, expected to graduate in May 2026, and has been an active contributor to his law school community as Executive Text Editor of the Utah Law Review and Vice-President of both the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and the Student Bar Association. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with minors in Business and Music, from Brigham Young University in 2020. Outside of the office, Kyle is an avid traveler with a goal to visit every Disney park across the globe and to experience at least one new place each year.
