Companies like Google and Microsoft are offering new training and new ways to enter the world of cyber, which means that individuals can get the training that they need, and businesses can hire people with the skills that they need. According to Cybercrime Magazine, for the first time, “the cybersecurity worker shortage in the U.S. is expected to gradually decrease, beginning in 2022.” If you are a business, now is the time to hire a cybersecurity expert. If you are a young employee, now is the time to receive training in cyber skills.
